Andrea Jung
OTR/L President and CEO
She has 29 years’ experience in healthcare including transitional care, home care, hospice, care management, and private duty. Andrea has worked both locally and nationally in sales leadership, business development, project management, and most recently administration. In her current role with Triniti, Andrea is able to utilize her passion for home and community-based services as well as end of life care. In her spare time she is a dedicated book club member, devoted dog mom, and enjoys Crossfit with her husband of 29 years.
Julie Embry
Business Administration Director
With over two decades of success in healthcare administration, Julie has blessed us with her expertise since 2014. Currently, she is furthering her studies in the MBA program at Bethel University with a focus in finance. Although she loves many aspects of her job, her favorite part of her job is working with other passionate people and using her God-given talents to benefit the needs of His kingdom.
Jessica Kuehlwein
Home Health Director
Jessica joined the GAEHC team in 2021, has experience in several post-acute care settings, and has a strong passion for leadership in the home health setting. While working in the community as a speech-language pathologist, she realized the potential to provide strong patient-centered care in the home care setting and has developed a passion to advocate for clients and staff in home health. In her free time, she enjoys exploring parks and hiking with her husband and young children.
Dr. Megan Otis, DO, MPH, HMDC
Home Health & Hospice Medical Director
Since 2019, Dr. Otis has been a dedicated provider for the hospice and home health team. As a hospice medical director, she is present for the interdisciplinary group meetings every week, she signs off on all patient care plans, writes orders for medication changes, educates the team on medical conditions, medical contraindications, and other pharmaceutical issues. In her spare time, she is the mother of 4 children, enjoys Crossfit, gardening, outdoor sports adventures with her family, such as mountain biking, water skiing, snow skiing, and skijoring with her 2 doodles.
Lynette Wallmow
Accounting Manager
Prior to joining our agency, Lynette was at our parent company, Guardian Angels of Elk River, for many years starting in 2007. Her responsibilities at Triniti Home Health and Hospice include preparing our monthly financial statements, annual budgets, processing and managing payroll and benefits, AR Aging Management and collections, hospice billing, eligibility, and AP. Thanks to her diverse responsibilities, the variety her job offers has become one of her favorite parts. Lynette specifically loves working on Medicare collections.
Laura Betker, LICSW
Hospice Director
Laura has been with our team since November 2020. As our Social Work Manager and Bereavement Coordinator, she manages operations of social services, chaplaincy, music therapy, massage therapy, volunteers, and bereavement services. She enjoys the positive impact being made from the personalized care provided to our patients and families.
Beth Ellingson, RN
Hospice Clinical Manager – Buffalo
Beth has managed our team of RNs since 2018. Outside of her managerial duties, she also assists with coordinating schedules, admits, and ensuring the agency complies with Medicare rules and regulations for hospice. Beth’s favorite part of her job is working with the team to coordinate care and ensuring patients and families feel supported during difficult times.
Stephanie Andersen, RN
Lead Intake Coordinator
Stephanie has excelled in the role as our Lead Intake Coordinator since 2016. She ensures all referrals are processed for our upcoming home health patients. Stephanie enjoys working with a compassionate and dedicated team who looks forward to giving patients the very best care.
Michaela Ulmen, RN
Metro and Cambridge Manager
Michaela has been with our staff since 2018, ensuring we hire the very best home health staff. In addition to hiring, she also supervises, provides performance reviews, and evaluates our growing team. When she’s not managing staff, Michaela provides oversight of our home health patients and their care services. Her favorite part about her job is being part of a team that has fun together and cares about the successes of others.
Angela Swanson, RN, COS-C
Elk River and Buffalo Manager
Angela has been with our agency since 2016. Her responsibilities include hiring and training new staff, supervising and coaching an interdisciplinary team, reviewing care plans, ensuring Medicare compliance, and supporting the clinical team wherever help is needed. Her favorite part of her job is coaching staff and collaborating with all disciplines to ensure patients are receiving the best possible care in their homes.
Beth Callahan, CNA
Patient Services Coordinator
Since 2002 Beth has been a dedicated, hardworking, reliable team member of Triniti. Beth coordinates all schedules for both home health and hospice, manages frequent changes, and often helps in the field. Beth coaches and trains a team of 10+ home health aides. Her team is highly valued by our customers, and all have a sense of pride that Beth has instilled in them. When Beth isn’t working at Triniti, she is making jewelry, spending time with her family, and enjoying some travel.
Emmalee Martens Leiner
Hospice Intake and Bereavement Coordinator
Emmalee has been with the agency’s hospice side since October 2021, starting out in the field as an RN case manager. She has recently transitioned into her role as Hospice Intake & Bereavement Coordinator to continue ensuring all our clients feel supported during their journey. Emmalee is certified as an end-of-life doula and has extensive experience as a hospice nurse. What she enjoys most about her position is educating and advocating for our clients and their families on all the different aspects of hospice care.
Betty Schoen
Community Liaison
We welcomed Betty to the Triniti team in early 2024. As a Community Liaison, she collaborates with our partners and the community to share the importance of home health and hospice services and how they can benefit clients as well as their families. Betty enjoys being a part of a caring team, which is evident through her previous experience in home care, PCA work, and assisted living. When Betty’s not working with and helping others, she loves spending time with family, reading, doing yoga, and traveling.
